She was a devoted wife, a selfless daughter, sister, aunt and loyal friend. Every day was lived with the same intensity and passion whether traveling with her husband or at home entertaining family and friends. She leaves us a legacy of love and service. She is survived by her loving husband, James "Jim" Stelts; children, Eva (Patrik) Mildner, Nina Short; her 2 grandchildren; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesus and Maria Teresa Palacios; brother and sisters, Patricia P. (David) Smith, Jesus (Yadira) Palacios Jr., Laura P. (Ricardo) Gomez; nephews and nieces, Danniell L. Smith, Emma Gomez, Yahir T. Ortiz-Palacios, Isaac Gomez; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other loved relatives and friends.
